I'm not really sure if it is possible to do it now,but I'll post anyway.
It would be better to map the wind direction for a course before the round begins rather than have random winds every hole.I think the speed set up is already in place depending on openness of holes.
For eg: St Andrews #9 and #10 are parallel opposite holes and they cannot have the same wind directions. They cant both be down/into the wind.Has to be opposite of the other.
Maybe this can be addressed in future course set ups.
