  I miss the possibility to inform future members on the waitinglist about the estimated time they have to wait to the next upgrading. If I decline, I've also no possibility for a message. That's a pitty.

  If you remove the members that no longer play you won't need a waiting list. A non playing member is no good to any club.

  I agree with Ms Fish - cull the deadwood - you have over 20 members )mostly amateurs and hacks) who have not played this year and recruit members who contribute to your CC.

  Those members have moved on (to different games I imagine) so I would boot them as they just remove a spot to someone who will be active.

  You may drop them one by one as necessary (I once had a list for that task). In the "last played 2014" heap there are also a few mayflys who only played one day or a week in the CC.

  Furthermore, the next CC level will bring you 25 more member spaces :)

  Agree, dont play then move thm on. Ive just set club up recently and going well but have released a few already........To me small club with activity then grow from there has always been my idea. Advert states that and welcome pm again states it. One good one in and one "recruit" goes
