If a player is one up going to last hole, and both players have birdie putts, there is no point in not allowing a concession if the player in the lead makes his or her birdie putt.  The other players putt is simply irrelevant.  The match should end at that point or a concession should be allowed.  WGT clearly just wants another hit on a purchased ball, because requiring the last putt so worthless.

Listen, Mike: Puts don't count towards ball hits.

OK, fair enough.  The match should still automatically end, though, or a concession should be allowed.

Concessions used to be allowed on the 9th. That got messed up a couple of updates ago just like concedes not working in extra holes. If they ever get around to restoring the concedes you'll be able to concede that meaningless putt.
