GOLF BAG GLITCH

  Not sure if it is because of the rentals this past weekend, but my golf bag has lost all the compartments I had my clubs separated into. First noticed it tonight when a fellow club member had trouble re-equipping his bag. I went to my bag and sure enough mine was missing the 4 compartments separating all my clubs. Now I have to change clubs for different venues like I have no bag at all.

  Is anyone else having this issue? There are at least three in our Club with this issue.

  Hi Aquawrap,

  Thanks for the post about this issue. This is a glitch that our Q/A people are aware of and are working on a fix for. In the mean time please follow the steps below in order to restore usage of your standbag plus.

  1. Launch the game in browser and select Change Equipment under My Equipment.

  2. Go to your bag and un-equp the bag by un-checking the Equip checkbox.

  3. Save Changes.

  4. Go Back to Change Equipment.

  5. Click on the Bags tab and drag the bag back over to the Drag Bag Here area. 

  6. Add equipment as needed and save changes.

  Right that doesn't work.Un-equip bag a then there' s no save changes option.Lots of my club members are having the same problem.

  Yesterday afternoon I thought the golf bag thing was fixed, but when I came on this morning it was not working again.  Still can't see my 4 sets, and can't change clubs or balls.  I presume WGT knows this is not working again.

  I ask because I have suggested, then WGT has also directed, to un-equip by un-checking. Dragging the bag at first does not have the same results.

  AS JF said uncheck the bag as dragging it doesn't give you the save button. 

  so uncheck bag 

  save 

  open inventory 

  replace bag 

  save

  But you can do it as follows as well

  Drag bag off

  change any 1 club in the set that is showing

  save

  open inventory 

  replace bag 

  save.

  Sadly this is only a temporary fix that only lasts as long as you are logged in. The next time you log in you will have to do the fix all over again. It might be better just to remove the bag either way you choose and change your clubs and balls the old way until WGT gets the glitch fixed.

  I'm having a different problem with my bag.  After starting a tournament or game, typically around the 2nd or 3rd hole, I am no longer able to change clubs.  If I try to select a club other than the one automatically selected, it defaults to the driver.  From that point, I am not able to select another club.

  Is this related to the same bag issue...or is this something else?  Don't know if it matters, but I did not rent clubs during the free rental period, but this issue started around that same time.

  On the upside, all the added bugs with no fix has produced some great WGT programing jokes.
