credits in brackets

  i just want what i won and deserve to get in them brackets played my best  not sure what is going on seems take my money very fast the payout is joke sometimes play that hard and bet your credits and where is the payout.

  Sorry to hear that its taking a while for winnings to process. Feel free to send a help request ticket in with the tournament ID# that you are having issues with and I am sure our Customer Service Dept would be more than happy to assist. Please note that it can take 2-5 days for tournament winnings to process after its closed. Thanks!

  ok thank you sorry was little upset very hard to win at them brackets i am not sure what the tournament id was just hope it pays the winnings from now on i am entered in like 10 more tournament brackets i am guessing but i doubt if anyone got there winnings from the tournament brackets during that downtime, i am not sure how to go back and look up tournament bracket id once its over i just hope its fixed now, again sorry for being upset love the game very happy be a part of it thank you.                                                                                                                                                    Moejo7
