I played a weekly unlimited round late last night, then tried to play Trans America today, both on BPB...

Don't know if it is happening to anyone else but for me on 9 of 10 shots when I try to power up for the shot the meter goes a short way then releases the swing without letting go of the mouse button...only on the 1st attempt...yes I tried another mouse and it still did it.

Also I came to the tee on the 1st hole and the caddy had a wedge selected instead of a driver, I caught that one, but on #3(the par 3), I selected the 3i from the tee and it hit the driver anyway and I lost a ball....yes I'm sure the 3i was selected but I didn't take the time to file a report....

On #4 I had a short half wedge I shoot all the time, 30 yrds, hit it like I always do to be within a foot or so of the pin and it for some unknown reason only went 20 yrds.

So needless to say I quit LOL....

Seen this before. Turned out to be a mouse issue.

That's was my 1st thought, which is why I tried 2 others before I posted....could be a software or driver issue on my end since nobody else seems to have the problem...

I've hit the bomb dinger tee shot on a par 5 quite a few times only to see my ball pop up 60 yards into lost ball brush because I had a wedge in my hands and I'm pretty sure it's because my finger inadvertently brushed the scroll wheel and changed the club at the last second. Wonder if turning the caddy off might stop it.

I've just about quit posting any of the issues I have Dan, don't really see the point. But you're not alone on this one.. It's been happening to me for a week or two I think.. (meter issue, not the caddy)

Kind of weird that you got driver on that par 3 after selecting 3  iron, i always select 3 iron as well and have to change it from the 3W which is always the caddy choice there. Even the assclown caddy would not pick driver there, def seems like a mouse issue, maybe scroll is wearing out or something?

I have always got the driver on that  on that par 3, after losing a few balls I now make sure it is the 3i lol, the point is I changed to the 3i and it still hit it like the driver for some reason...never done that before...

On the 1st hole I didn't even touch the mouse, the avatar appeared with a wedge but I always look now as it has happened before on occasion...I new it was going to be a weird round, I should have restarted immediately on #1

Well at least I know I'm not crazy and I can wait to see if it goes away before I start changing things on the pc...lol

This was happening to me all the time, so I changed my wireless mouse for a plug in one. And It hasn't happened since.

I had the exact same issue a while back and tried a couple of different mice - and had the same effect.

I did a major clean up on the laptop, bought a new silent mouse (missus used to be driven mad by the clicking) and never have had the problem since.

Still not sure what it was, but suspect an over sensitive mouse (or an issue with the scroll wheel) but after initially thinking it was WGT, conceded it was my end.

    Good luck Dan
