No. The mobile game and the PC version aren't compatible in that they use different systems. You can play the same tournaments and start on one and finish on the other (by saving game) but if you want to play on the PC you have to log in there. You can't play PC-to-mobile.
You shouldn't have to start over on your PC every time, though. Your log in info is the same for both. If your PC is not remembering you, you need to make sure your cookies aren't getting cleared on exit and that WGT is allowed to set them. That's where your log in info is saved.
