I did. I am writing everywhere I can. I have a good # of quality golf balls that I have purchased and have no access too due to WGT's incompetence.
WGT, I would like a TOTAL REFUND on all the balls that are currently in my inventory that have have NO ACCESS.
I found the fix from a very helpful community member.

I have noticed also that I have lost my other bags as well.... trying to sell back my old driver and apparently it is in one of them that is lost.
