    Does anyone know just what these are for and how to use them?

    they are used in clashes only

    as an owner you can select who can use them in the owners tools by selecting which group of members has that right

    And just what exactly is a Clash?

    In the words of a critique, it's a dance around a Golden Calf (see the 400,000 cr putter) designed to have greedy players buy as many CC passes as possible to "win" it (one of it), hidden as a "CC vs. CC matches" event (which is as irrelevant as it can be).

    It is seasoned by in-game faults which have, in the past, lead to irregular advantage for competitors, as well as irregular disadvantages (the latter happened in both the last two events).

    OTOH, it may be a bit of weekend fun inside a CC, once you put aside any ambition. Play it just for fun, use free passes and superpasses(!), do NOT buy CC passes and avoid to win those gimmicks like "shamrocks", doggies etc. (for use as tee markers).
