Buying Credits

  Just bought my first 2000 credits on the IPad.

  It took me to my ITunes account to pay. It is showing on my credit card but the credits aren't showing on my profile.

  Anyone got any idea how long it takes to show up?

  Oh and by the way, ITunes charged $24.99 for 2000 credits compared to the $20.00 I have just noticed in the PC (not used the PC before tonight always just played in the IPad) so tough lesson learnt.

  Hi Pommyroo,

  Sometimes this does happen with mobile payments through iTunes. Try restarting your device which should start the transaction where it got hung up. If that doesn't work, send a message to Customer Service with a copy of the iTunes Receipt and your username and they will be able to get this fixed for you. Thanks!
