When i level up, more and more frequently, unlocked equipment shows with an "owned" tag, indicating that i have it available.

None of this equipment, most notably the max lvl 44+ iron set and the driver i shouldve gotten for completing the tutorial, show up in the equipment bags.

This is seriously impacting my ability to play and level, any help would be much appreciated.

Hello. Please note that when you level up it provides you with equipment that you can now purchase, it does not actually give you the equipment. We apologize for the confusion.

Change the wording then. How about, "Congratulations, You Have Earned The Right to BUY"?

Also how about showing players earnings as credits rather than Dollars? I'm sure WGT wouldn't want to deceive anyone.

Unlock is not the same as having it in your gear !

Would think any player knows that, have a look, it all has a price.

That's the whole point, the equipment listed does not show any price tag like unlocked items usually do, it says "owned".

A screenshot of the "unlocked" pop-up window with an "owned" tag on it has been shown here.

It may be quite irritating for some though it must be clear that they had no previous chance to buy that equipment. Thus, WGT displays an impossible situation, and players may be deceived to check in the Pro Shop and buy the equipment while they think they own it already.

IMHO, another twist of greed :(

We're looking into revamping the wording. I understand the confusion honestly, I misunderstood it when I was starting out.
