Putting dot speeds vary widely

  I was playing the first hole of Oakmont when I noticed that the dots were moving at two distinctly different speeds. I took a video of the phenomenon and posted it at the above site.

  I used a stopwatch to time the dots and noted that it took 1.83 seconds to travel across 1 grid when they were moving slow. It took 3.81 seconds when they were moving fast.

  Have been experiencing the same thing for a week or two now. Also meter issues on chrome in particular.

  Any ideas on a fix, please!!

  I use Maxthon browser to play. Haven't had stuttering meter speeds since I started using it.

  This has been happening for several weeks. bhoese also posted a video of the same thing a few weeks ago.

  The faster moving dots are the correct speed.

  I'm also experiencing the same varying speed of dots on the green. Takes a long time to see the fast moving dots for a long enough time to actually read a putt.
