    can i have a tournament with a credit payout for members only?

    You can set up CC tournaments that require an entry fee and thus a credit payout for the winner or winners.

    As Bogey said, yes. But you should know that there are some states that don't allow online gaming and if any of your members live in any of those states they won't be allowed to play.
