I've been downloading a couple of apps like Rosetta Stone and etc. on my phone for free credits but the game isn't giving me any credits at all, is anyone else experiencing this issue? Was I missing a step?

You know how to the offers page on your Iphone. When there tap the ? and it loads all you activities in the offers page. Scroll down until you find the offer that you completed but didn't get the credits for. Tap on contact support and let TrialPay know and if you have any proof about the offer you completed send it to them.
