Free Ping Driver???

  Got an email blast that said if you buy $20 worth of credits you get a free Ping Rapture V2 Driver... Ponied up and bought credits for the first time but can't access the drvier..

  Anyone else having this issue?

  probably because your only level 17 which isn't high enough to access the driver

  email stated that it's not normally unlocked until level +24.. That leads you to believe that it would be unlocked if you went through with the purchase..

  Bud-Are you sure it's not in your bag? I see you have other store bought clubs so I assume you know about equipping your bag. Just make sure it isn't already there waiting for you.

  If it isn't WGT will definitely make it right.  Members@wgt.com will get you fixed up. GL

  Jim it might be there but he can't use it yet as he is only level 22 and the diver is level 24.

  Bud just contact wgt member service as mentioned above, and the will correct the issue. The promotion has no stipulations on it. You bought the credits they will give you the driver does not matter what level you are just make them aware you bought the credits and they will fix it.. But go look at your account you should see a line similar to this. It the credits are there they will be more than happy to help you.

  Thanks to everyone for their feedback.. I have now passed level 24 and the driver is available but still costs the 900 credits. I have emailed WGT in hopes they will rectify this issue...
