any real difference between G10 and R9 three woods?

  i'll be honest i just bought my R9 3 wood to match my driver, never even looked at others, but i've since noticed the G10 has a high trajectory launch.

  so, does it play much different to the R9? they're rated as the same avg distance, just wondering where i might benefit from a higher 3 wood??

  i had a similar dilema when i bought my irons and love the high shots of the G10's, so am i missing out with the med launch of my R9?

  Can't really say that I used the r9 3w much, but the precision and trajectory of the G10 is very nice.

  I prefer the g-10 for the same reasons.

  Never played with the R9, but never regretted getting the G10.
