There may be some relief to this but I believe it will be up to us, the players. The companies are paying WGT to advertise their product on this site in hopes to boost their sales. If nobody is buying their crap it will soon become apparent to these paying advertisers that they are wasting their capital and pull their product forcing WGT to remove the adds. As far as I can see its simple. If you don't feed it, it will starve and die unless it moves on to greener pastures.

The question is are we patient enough to wait it out? I do not believe anyone playing on this site will actually buy anything resulting from these adds. Then again, I have been wrong before. Just one mans opinion.

Here's the deal:  Advertisers pay good money to have their ads on a website.  They want them to get "eyeballs"... people looking at them.  It sounds as if a lot of you are asking that the ads be hidden away somewhere that you don't have to see them.  That'll never happen.  But to acknowledge your frustration I can understand that the placement between holes is sort of an "anti-view" issue.  Not only are they not observed, but they create anger.

How about some suggestions as to where ads might be placed on this website so that you'll actually slow down a bit and look at them... be in a better frame of mind when you do?

OK here is the scenario if you are playing me and i disconnect it's because i have a weak bladder and i'm on the toilet waiting for the guy to come and install my new alarm.     Thank you WGT.

<--What's wrong with all the space on either side of this page for advertising?--->

Or is that a grey area? LOL

Probably because only 1 in 100 use the forums.  Otherwise a good suggestion.

The same space is available on all the pages of the site.

Great idea DMM!  Instead of all the whining about the ads, some constructive solutions to solve the issue are needed.

Here's one, re size and re-center the scorecard then overlay the ad.  It would look like this.

Not me. I would like to see WGT do something about the jumping animation of the page. That's the only thing that's distracting and annoying. I believe most people would agree.
