Selling equipment issue

  One of the members of our CC is having an issue trying to sell equipment he no longer uses.

  This is the message I received from him -

  Hi Cas,

  Do you mayby know if there is a problem with sell equipment or know some one with an answer, i try to sell old clubs and it never works, i can chose my clubs but when i hit sell it never works.

  Could not sell item: server error, in the past i sell other items never had a problem

  any ideas?

  I expect he has a golf bag. It's these that usually cause this kind of problem. All clubs must be removed from the bag and it should be de-selected too.

  Hello, they are not EQUIPPED do i need to do something else.
