Just a worry with the 3wood  when aiming, then ding and the shot goes nowhere near where you aimed.

This has been happening for awhile now and my replay will show it.

Wind 5-7 headwind..slightly going to 28 on clockface....  but no big deal...  dinged and shot went way more right than it should of ...just click link above

It basically looked like i was playing in a uneven lie game

    Roger

I hear you Roger, someone's inevitably gonna say it was a rogue wind gust.. lol..

I'm tempted to try the new R15 3W..  Lose a tad in precision but it couldn't be as wild as the BB. Someone in my club said it had better length than advertised too.

Yes...  rogue wind...lol. I know what people would say too   Been playing too long to think that with a wind like I had.

It's a damn good club, but I'm losing it.   I think Wgt should check it out.  It's not just one shot...  been happening for awhile

Don't forget the 3.5 forgiveness on the r15  and very easy to  compare the 0.1 on the BB.      BB behaves like she has no forgiveness.

Think Mags said the BB has a 9 yard deviation circle.  Annoying when that happens, and miss the ding wrong side by half a frogs hair you find out what VEM can really mean.

You would never work that out from the product description, but most of us keep it in the bag for something to swear at.  I only play the 1 set, and swear at it a fair bit even when it's not it's fault:)

What? It is never our fault - always the equipment!!!!!

I concur about missing by half a frogs hair....can lead to disaster. That said on a ding, the BB does have a mind of its own sometimes. But most of the time it is not too bad.

noticed that deviation MANY times. However, the fact that the L89 Bertha stops as fast as a sand wedge (I've even backed it up on the uphill second at Congressional) leads me to overlook the deviation

Yeah it's a gr8 club when wgt does NOT step on it's attributes. I cannot believe how short it can be when going over trouble. I mean come on, how does a 3w lose 20 yards on an level approach with a 2 mph tail wind & dinged. This happens time after time not an occasional blip by any means. Offers no choice but play it safe in certain instances.

Another thing that has been complained about. Where IRL is a 3w tougher to control then a driver? And don't get any ideas about reducing the drivers attributes either. That would be pure thievery. Do the right thing & change the Bertha 3w to align with it's attributes.
