Don't overlook the masters and tour masters there are many of them that can teach you a lot too.

The only problem with playing with Legends is the unfair advantage off the tee. The real good Legends don't care but the average Legend might. I like to play them on their turf (tee) so practice mode makes it right, preferably off the longer tees to see what it's like.

oh most of the legends are the  best of the best. Some of the newer legends may not be. The best of the best legends got their averages low enough to be legend before they made the legend tier and when a bad round made your average go up. Now if you shoot a bad round and have enough rounds in your tier nothing happens. And if you shoot at or below your average it will drop. So sooner or later almost all Tour masters and Masters will make legend.

But remember You don't have to be a great great player to be a great teacher.

Jim what am I then?  You asked me to set up a round as practice so we could play the same tee's.  I think I still lost 2 up with 1 to play.

Friend invite sent.  We'll try to play some soon but I'll tell ya it will be hard for a Legend teaching you shots as we don't have much experience with how starter clubs react on the green.

Nice way to go about it though Barmy.
