  I approach players that are members of other clubs, but only if their club show little or no activity, and their are plenty.

  So, poaching is bad ...unless you decide the owner of the club isn't working hard enough, in which case it's fine. Do you have a set criteria, or do you make it up as you go along?

    Lol . As I go along and i come across a CC . Of course I click on the owner first . 

    If he has noticeably been vacant for months or years . Then all bets are off . 

    I don't have to but I message him with something like this .

    It appears that you have abandoned your CC . You have left your members high and dry with out leadership , guidance or assistance . I am going to message and invite some of them and offer them a better choice . 

    I then look through the roster and any that have played in the last day or 2 . I will look at their profile and judging by their history and the amount of friends . I will likely invite them . 

    This is working much better than my options prior .

    The jury is still out on that . There are many WGTers against some things . But many more that don't think advertising and inviting is disrespectful or immoral or criminal . 

    WGT could care less . There is nothing written about it . And they have never commented on it .

    But watch out for that Biotch Poach Patrol . 

  Jody Swallows is in this category. She is (or was) a CC owner...47 members and a bunch pending. Her profile says she "hasn't done anything recently". This normally doesn't appear for quite a while after the member has stopped playing.

  Low hanging fruit for another CC owner.

  No doubt many CC's in the same boat.
