  I am not able to change any equipment, etc. as when I try to do so, all I get is a gray screen.  Nothing in the "pro shop" window appears.  I have cleared cache, enabled cookies, etc.  Any other ideas as to why I cannot see any items in the pro shop on screen?

  Try a different browser. Either Firefox or Chrome are great for all around browsing. And Chrome iron seems to be the best for game play.

  hi,

  • Clear Browser cache: Click here for instructions.
  • Clear Adobe Flash cache: Click here , and click the "Delete all sites" button in the Settings Manager.

  after which, proshop will work fine.

  I still cant get in.My screen isnt blank its all muddled between home screen and pro shop adverts.I cant click on anything.
