It shows I have both of these available but yesterday and so far today having problems. Both aids yesterday would show up and disappear at random and this morning they have completely disappeared. Anyone else having the same issue?

Tried a couple of other browsers and still have the same problem.
I tried once,then made my own of cear plastic. marked plastic with a sharpie.( start, finish,1/2 way, 3/4, 7/8 etc. seems to help. the plastic is the kind used for opaque projectors.
layed this over my screen.
