Even though i have a Kindle Fire HD, i can still see the graphics, amazing and looks to be some cool new features. Especially the 360 degree putting angles.
I dont understand why it isnt available on both platforms, isnt that like saying you can play on W8 but not Windows7?
Got my hopes up, oh well.
Personally I think it is where the game is going - mobile apps rather than PC. The increasing bugs on the PC version are probably due to some compatibility issues and a lack of development in this platform. They certainly got worse around the time they worked on developing the mobile apps, perhaps it is just co-incidental.
I will not bother with the mobile version and the persistent issues are driving me away from the game. Add to that a total lack of respect for their customers via incomprehensible additions to the game (focus boosts, poorly thought of CC Cash grabs, poorly thought out CC incentives and bank etc.) and sickening multi-accounters and blatant cheats using internet cafes,
I have always said the potential of this game is still far from realised, but I feel a real lack of direction will ultimately be WGT's failure.
Most great companies are led from the top, clear direction and a pro-active leader. Here we only get drip fed information after an update, no real roadmap of where the game is going.
No obvious leadership (when was the last time Chad said something about anything) and the tasks are then handed onto the Mods (a thankless job) who can only try and diffuse things but their hands are tied.
Sorry a bit of a rant, but sums up my dissatisfaction of the game at the moment. I have spent a couple of dollars playing this game, and have also gifted a few things in hope some players will get the same enjoyment out of the game as I have had in the past.
I am not sure when WGT will finally start to realize that you should look after your existing customers, keep them happy as once you lose them, they are probably gone for good.
I am getting close to that point myself.
I am positive (and seemingly backed up by the stats provided by Andyson) that less and less people are playing the game. The forums are much quieter than they used to be (and mostly just players flinging mud around).
