Disappearing Putter Pal

  So, I had about 500 putts left in my Putter Pal when I initiated play in the US Open qualifier, which scored me a free 100 shot putter pal. I didn't finish my qualifying round, but the free Lexus putter pal remained. However, over that putter pal was used up, my previous putter pall (and the remaining 500 or so putts) was not restored. I was told that my original Putter Pal would be restored with 1000 putts, but instead 1 single putt was added.

  I've attempted multiple times to secure follow up regarding this (first message went out from me on 30 May) but still no resolution...

  I added the 1,000 shots manually just now.  You should be good to go on that front.  The only thing I can think of with the putter pal is if you left a CC and lost out on the free putter pal.  I am not seeing any putter pals added to your account in the past couple of months.

  I was gifted Putter PAL and should have 2,000 shots \.  When I check equipment it shows as having putter Pal equipped.  BUT it does not show on putting meter nor does the other Pal for the swing meter and I have it!  What is problem

  Switch it ON, in the options or by the grey "PP" button right at the 100 % mark of the meter.

  could not find PP button  nor could I find OPTIONS under the MENU.  Now what??  HELP>>>>

  Game Settings 

  Log out

  That is it  SO where is options please?

  The above is the menu drop down from the game client screen.  The menu drop down in game says options instead of game settings. 

  Then scroll down.

  The PP Alosso mentioned is right below the 100% area of the meter during the game.

  Go to game settings, in the display options you will find  putter pal display, tick this to on.
