I am not allowed to make country club tourneys due to glithch

    I attempted to make a  CC Tourney at 7pm CST today, and it said my  level would not allow

    the tees selected or green speed. I then used default and it would not allow me t create any

    tourney. Definitely a new bug.. Help needed n a hurry.  Special plans for club play this

    weekend.
