ADMIN - Response Requested: Incorrect Ball Purchase Prompts

    ADMIN, Why am I constantly being prompted to purchase new balls, the prompt indicating that I am playing with the last ball of this type, when in fact I have several of these balls remaining.

     

    Understandable if this is a Bug that you are working to fix, but if this is by design, it is deceptive, and just wrong.

    Been here playing, contributing, spending money for almost 5 and half years.  Was hoping that I would at least get a courtesy acknowledgement/response from an admin about this issue.  Thankfully the excessive erroneous prompts to purchase balls when none were actually needed, have subsided.

    Sorry for the lack of response from the Admins. It is a bug. I'm glad it's been resolved in your game, but it is a bug, and we're working on it.

    This time, I have to defend them. They have been working, and the erronous messages have disappeared - at least predominantly, and 100% for me.

    Now, if only they would refund players automatically for the RGs and Brackets stalling...
