Impossible to play!!!

  Hi dear M. WGT!!!

  I was planning to play all morning long to finish my "crap" balls (Korbel, Transamerica and so on...) so I played a Bracket tierless 18 hole tourney... I was finishing my course (with one big BUG...see below !)with a 8 inch bogey putt, but as soon as I click to release the putt, it disconnects and the screen "unexpected error" appears... I tried many times, always the same thing... HOW DO I PLAY THIS MORNING?????????

  By the way, a big bug appeared in this game : I played Bandon Dunes #4 hole, put my ball less than 1 yard off the hole, it disconnects ("unexpected error"...), and when I returned, my ball was in the brush 106 yards from the hole, I completely didn't care, so I played and I put my ball on the green 10 yards to the hole, but the lie said "med sand and brush"!!!! and it was... I finished with the maximum +6... Thanks WGT!!! lol

  Please, let me play this morning, I have nothing else to do!!! lol

  That happens all the time for me, and it has to do with your unreliable internet access.  I have not found a good way around this issue, but make sure you are doing NOTHING ELSE on the internet when you are playing on WGT.  When you have no other browsers or windows open except for WGT, and you have all antivirus and spyware programs turned off and disabled, it lessens the number of times that the "unexpected error" timeout occurs, at least in my experience.
