I would hope so, otherwise WGT would have no clue what you're talking about! ;) The last time WGT went blue they credited my account within 2 days, along with email confirmation.
I'ts been quite some time since my contact of Customer Service and they haven't even sent me an email, let alone a refund. No clue what's up wtih WGT right now. Then again, I'm rather new so don't know what to expect.
I will say, I am no longer play Ready Go's because 2 of the last 3 I entered were unplayable with blue screens and every single entrant WD (not just me).
