I put a feeler out for something like this in the Community events section of the forum, but no bites, maybe the wrong place to sound out interest.
At SEL we do run leagues with a monthly champion and promotion and relegation, so would be able to put forward a Champion and runners up to another comp maybe, a la Europa League style.
Been thinking about something like this for a while and could be run offline or as matchplay, just setting a WGT single play 9 hole event for scores each week.
Wouldn't matter how each club ran their own league or cup each month to provide the Champion, just as long as it could be verified in some way (rather than just the best player being nominated each month!).
Happy to chat further if enough interest to get something off the ground, wouldn't need to be big to begin with, 8 clubs throwing out champions to start with would be fine to "test"
