    Thinking about getting the limited time R1 Super TP 8.0.  The Big Bertha is a little cheaper with nearly same specs except trajectory. Any thoughts from current users on one club or the other?

    It's a free rental weekend. Go get them and find out. FWIW, I prefer the 8 degree driver myself for the low trajectory. Enhances roll with top spin and handles wind better.

    Lower Trajectory rolls longer and more oftten ends up in obstacles but may have advantages in heavy headwind. I have not figured them out yet .

    Yep but second half weekend WGT Nation members only so if not.......

    Personally I prefer the lower flight as well overall.  The higher flight one is even easier to stick Fways, but the lower flight offers greater flexibility, IMO.  Overall thing and will always be times you wish you had the other...loads of threads on it, and as Jim says a free rental going on (Nation members only Sunday though I think?)

    Without any doubt whatsoever, the 3 top dog drivers are spectacular..wonderful in all ways. One of them will fit. I have had the Bertha for a long, long time. It is long, it loves the fairway, it loves to be versatile, but best of all the 3.5 meter loves me. I see the L-100 as being as good in every way, but in no way superior. Right now I am free-renting the limited 289 yarder (aka the L-103 now L-100). It is showing me nothing, nothing except a stup-nagel, retarded 4.5 meter I must concentrate on to nut, all the while thinking I must re-concentrate on the next shot with a 3.5 meter. I don't want to concentrate on rhythm. Thank you no. ~SP~
