I only joined this game at the end of May 2015 and do enjoyed playing it. Since i stumbled across it on my mobile device i played for a few weeks on and off and pumped in more than $150 to get the best equipment. i logged out of my account on my mobile to try it on the computer but when i went to log in didn't have a password and therefore was locked out of the game. Emails back and forth went on and on and on with WGT and i it seemed they were convinced this wasn't my account as they were suggesting i wasn't providing the right email address. SO i started a new account because what else could i have DONE. They would take forever to reply and I just kept getting one line emails in response to all the evidence I was sending them. They seemed unhelpful and not interested. I liked playing the game and haven't read other forums that they wouldn't let customers back into there account It seemed that account was doomed.
With the new account i had to start again I LOST my credits from my old account and ALL of the expensive equipment i bought. And reinvested in the new account which I started only a few weeks ago. I had invested more than $200 in the new account to basically get back all the equipment i had with my first account.
I than finally get a password for the first account, WGT stating that they are busy with other customers hence why it takes so long for them to respond to simple requests. I NEVER use this first account again except to sell the equipment i had (as you would no at very low prices) and gifted some balls etc to my new account.
WGT have disabled and locked out my new account stating i am using multiple accounts and have said they will let me use the First account not the second.
HAHAHA so I would basically have to start again. THIS IS A JOKE i never wanted to believe in all the negative comments about cheating and that the WGT are stealing peoples money with acts like this. BUT after this experience it would seem like they are infact stealing from the customers in a way. They have poor communication and investigation methods from my experience. If they investigated correctly they would no i haven't used the first account again and I understand that people do this to win at lower levels, i have read about this and think its wrong. I wouldn't consider playing the game for a few weeks that I would be an expert. The only reason i increased a couple levels was because i purchased good equipment.
WGT investigate customers concerns in a professional manner and in business the customer comes first and should be treated in a fair way. No wonder there are so many negative comments about this game with the communication skills you show you will scare more away than too your game. I have also entered tournaments that cost me credits and when i went to play had an error and the only way was too forfeit the game because the error never cleared. I sent WGT a email regarding this as I seen this suggested in other forums and WGT didn't even bother to respond.
Does anyone know who you would report the WGT to? Do they have a governing body they report to?
Lastly, this is the first time in my life that I have ever really complained about a game but Im so disappointed in the WGT I felt I needed to and sadly for them i am not alone.
