Joned via mobile early 5/2015, never was sent a confirmation email (that may factor in...), and ever since I joined, I have been unable to make any proshop purchase in the mobile app...if I want to buy anything (clubs, balls, etc.) I have to go to a computer, make the purchase, and it will shop up on my phone. Extremely annoying, considering I don't have a computer, and have to be at work to accomplish any of this. I always get the same error "Oops - Something unexpected happened, please retry. Error code:403: forbidden"
I can hit retry until I'm blue in the face, but will always get the same error.
I have sentmultiple trouble tickets explaining all of this and their (your) response has been lame and weak...one time reseting my password and another only confirming that my account exists and closing the ticket. I would like resolution to this.
