There was one player - now I think from somewhere in south America.  He plays in an internet cafe that has every PC loaded with at least CE.  This was demonstrated when he twitched a full round and fked that round up as can happen.  Now WGT were OK with it as he assures us all he would never turn any cheats on.  said player we just have to accept is a natural at CTTH and not taking advantage of the easiest one to cheat the hell out of if you were low enough to use a cheat..............................bollox of load comes to mind, but what do i know:)

Well that doesn't help me with my own personal ball dilema lol!  I played a recent round and hit 8/9 Dings and scored 50% worse than an all Ding miss ;).  Anyways, I digress.

A few things I just dont understand.  What is CE?  And what does "bollox of load comes to mind?  I'm not familiar with English terminology Jim, sorry ^.  And let's make something clear ^^, I want to know about good ball pairings and how some balls might work extraordinary with some clubs.  I'm not, nor have I, nor am I questioning the skill or how any player achieves scores, etc.  Certainly not accusing nor even making a hmmmm, I wonder, what if statement about anyone.  I just want to know what I'm missing on the ball combination so I can learn and play better myself, sooooooooooooooooooooo...........................

I'd be curious to here some other BALL GURU's opionion on the matter of ball/club combination from my previous post.  And since I'm rambling, I've always played in the default flash size.  Is Full screen really better??  I see Fmagnets always uses full.

Cheat Engine (the simple one that slows things to a crawl as in the market the feeble WGT New Ideas Dpt decided to compete in with focus cheat...).

All encompassing word meaning rubbish in this sense I guess.  I changed the spelling to endeavour to detune the gravity of how it may look as a swear word in the forums.  Songs more fully explain it's use here, and another here:)

Better players than me about, but I think that other thread sums it all up as much as needed.  Over thinking it after that, IMO.

I prefer it to guarantee never a meter glitch........not tested the default size recently as just got so used to full screen........Right or wrong I look on it as a bit of insurance.

The extra precision will be the big difference maker from 85s to 97s and imo would be worth the purchase.  The .5 meter increase shouldn't make you blink too much.  As far as a ball combination, I'm beginning to think very Very strange things on that subject lol ;).

What do I mean?  Well, I've been playing a lot of ReadyGo CTTH's lately, and virtually every single tournament a guy named Javiertorg is 1st place, or top 3.  He plays with the Nike 100s with 4.5 spin and MaxMeterGoldVapor balls (2.5spin, 4.0dist, 5.0meter) which on paper have rather BLAH stats at a very expensive price.

I'm trying to wrap my head around how this guy can absolutely DOMINATE the other TLs like Fmagnets, Tasor, etc with a Crappy Ball (on paper!)  So maybe some BALL GURU can step up and give some reasonable explanation?  It's about the ugliest ball I've seen but if it really, somehow performs that well, then I might give it a try too (and I've been anti-slow meterish and more focused on spin to this point).

A guy name Tasor, he's always in top 5 in ctth and win a lot in that format. I rarely see him play stroke play rg's.

I'm not bad on ctth, i have correct result, but i miss so many dings and sometime by far  (even OB or water) and finish sometime   only between 15 and  30 position. I can't find consistency on dings or close to ding.

I don't understand how  they find  the consistency on ctth, and always finish in top 5

Hope players like that don't use cheat engine or something else or we have here virtual Lance Amstrong or Ben Johnson.

The zero transparency is the biggest shame and the CE loaded Internet Cafe obviously looked horrible.

I am sure WGT would love to solve it as it holds everything back from being taken seriously by several, IMO.  Great shame for the genuinely good as well who get there with much talent and effort as it should be.

Pick the right ball and you're in business.
I would be interested in your, or anyone elses, opinion as to which is the right ball to play with the lvl 97 Nikes?

I like the 71 Nike because the carry of the Vapors is very close to the club's rated distance with that ball. This makes it easy to locate the landing and control it with spin.

Those who never have a bad CTTH round are not good. They just dont have a computer on their own and must rely on the local internet cafe's.

    DECDEV:

All my clubs are 3.5 meter so what you think for the difference in meter and general specs are they much better than the 85s or has anyone changed and are you happy with the change.

    The 3.5 is my speed of choice. I had it on my Bertha's, but had a slower speed on my Max 94 irons, and so when I went to the 3.0 Nike 97's, I felt it a gamble. The 97's were never perfect in speed but the were much better in the long run. Really superb...loved them. Now I have to L-100 and am even happier...because of the 3.5 meter. But get those's 97's...;-}

Go get the 97 nikes, I use the rsi irons, and bit faster than the 85's, but the bite on greens is 1-2 strokes less pr round.

Don't think there is a big difference between the rsi and nike 97's
