rough is out of bounds

  17th @ the old course

  why is the rough out of bounds, my ball was still on the mini map

   

  it said out of bounds and took my ball

  The blue dot is where u hit from and the white dot where u finish 130 yards away - correct.

  If so then it can't be right.

  This correlation is not a fixed rule but rather a rule of thumb.

  I'd guess that they shot no pictures from there towards the 17th green. No view, no shot => define as OOB.
