Declining a cc invitation knocks me offline.

  I received a cc incite to join a country club.

   

  Being happy with the club I am a member of, I tried to decline the invitation.  When I did, it knocked me offline from the main menu, and when I logged back in, the invitation was still there.

  I tried declining from the lobby screen, and I got an unexpected error and had to close that screen. When I did, the invitation reappeared on my main screen, and when I opened the lobby screen, the invitation was back on that screen as well.

  This is a really rude bug, and I'd love it if you'd fix this issue sometime in the near future.

  Next time I will look to see if there is an existing thread for the same bug. I blame not enough coffee!

  No problem, ur post only highlights the annoyance some CC owners are causing, and I don't think it wrong to report them to WGT member services for some action.

  It is also not wrong imho to name and shame them here.

  If they want to keep their reputation intact then they will do the right thing and cancel alll these superfluous invites. 

  EDIT:  everyday I see that fckin orange blob invite I get a little bit angrier : 

  1. Icon moving house is no excuse for WGT to stop functioning is it.
  2. The response from WGT to multiple threads is pitiful
  3. The CC owners causing this distress are being allowed to get away with it
  4. Punishment should be meted out without delay.
  5. Close the fckin clubs and ban the owners

  The culprit in this case is Michaeldunn1974, and the country club is the Mount Vernon Iowa Country.

  You may have to wait awhile - the last time he was on WGT playing was June 16th - before that looks like May 20th.

  I am having the exact same problem for the last few weeks. The inviter is Gimmeadriver and the club is The G Spot Country Club. I experience the exact same symptoms you described to the "t" so no need to repeat them. Something definitely needs to be done about this.

  Also I've been experiencing freezes a lot the last few weeks. I'm wondering if it has something to do with the flash update?

  It appears there is a whole panoply of things going wrong lately.

  The latest is someone who I blocked ages ago , has managed to clutter up my wall with a post. A blocked member should not be able to do that.

  Same here.A clown named CCV2QR decided to open up his country club Jewel Blue and bless me with the cc invite.

  I am already member of a very good country club.I have asked him to remove the request but all he do is delete my posts and act nothing.

  I believe he just have to remove my name from pending requests and thats all.But he chooses to make me suffer instead for daring to refuse his invite.That orange icon is so annoying,even makes games invites very confusing.

  I second the suggestion to ban and close these kind of clubs as a warning for these characters.or at least gave them an official warning not to indulge in these practices.

  Hello WGT seem to me there is an issue here that needs to be looked after ASAP. I have the same problem as everyone else is got an invite from player ATOTHEK131 to join his CC WGT CANADA. I have repeatedly declined his invite cause I'm in a great CC right now & have no intentions of leaving it anytime soon. Would you kindly remove this invite so i can receive other invite's from players for rounds of golf. Each time I decline his invite i get boot from the game & have to re login only to have the invite return to bother me. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE. Thanks. I have even posted on his wall that i'm not interested in joining his CC and have asked him to remove the invite that he sent me. I have checked his profile page and have seen that he is online just about every day. It would seem he is just out to cause problems to CC that he was boot from. Please fix this issue WGT. Thanks

  same here ccv2qr    quit twice on me 8th hole   then i get this cc invite jo join his club  can not get rid of it   just knocks me off and i have to reset with my user name and password
