  Also it would be nice 2 rounds even and 2 rounds uneven

  1st round..........even 9 holes

  2nd round.........uneven 9 holes

  CUT LINE

  3rd round..........even 18 holes

  4th round..........uneven 18 holes

  Exclusively single mode

  This is just an idea
