Wolf Creek Golf Course

  Are there any plans in the works to add Wolf Creek to the stroke tournament format, or is the course relegated to stay at CTTH status. Wolf Creek is an awesome course and should be added to the rotation. Shake things up a bit, and put different courses into play. instead on the same ones, week in, and week out.

  They would have to go back and completely reshoot it at a cost of several 100 thousand dollars. As great a course as it is I'm not sure it would be worth the expense or the effort.

  What we've learned from Bandon Dunes is resort courses pay WGT to have their course available on the site as a form of advertising their resort.  Wolf Creek is such a resort so its up to WC to pay again for a full course shoot and if they choose to pay WGT would do the reshoot.

  Really ? Considering we're not going to get a new course for the US Open in 2016, I would think it is worth both the expense and the effort. It would make an excellent alternative to getting nothing.

  That being said, why doesn't WGT approach WC, put the question on the table, and find out the viability of the issue at hand. I've been a member for a while, and have found as with others, if there is a reluctance to make changes to benefit all involved, then most of the time, members have the tendency to find other avenues, that are more suited to their liking.
