    when I try to look at any items in the pro shop I get spinning  loading circles and can't get any further. I would buy credits but if I can't spend I'd rather not

    Hi,

    try this and it should help. Also, try this in different browsers if you keep experiencing errors.

    • Clear Browser cache: Click here for instructions.
    • Clear Adobe Flash cache: Click here , and click the "Delete all sites" button in the Settings Manager.
    • Increase Flash Cache. Click here, and set flash cache to 1mb. This should allow for quicker loading of the games.

    did what you suggested by still the spinning icons, when new equipment becomes available by going up levels I get no image available. Any ideas?

    You should see lock if it's locked. No images available until it's unlocked.

     

    btw, what browser and version are you using?
