    alosso:

But the situation should be clear for the C with 57,87 ave. Only one game as a C, on the Par5.

This raises the probable threshold to 58 minimum.

Is it also possible that he scored 27 at St Andrews on the 11th dropping his average below 56 and he became a "champion" , then also on the 11th scored 30 at BpB raising his champion average?

Not if the average resets with the new tier. Then, a single 30 would result in a 60 average.

    But this is fiction.

Truth is, the 57.87 ave. is safe to be the tier-up number because the player played some single rounds (not tournaments) as a TL until tiering up before the last score. This shows him as a "Champion" at the Par5 which does not initiate the count reset.

Taken a minute ago while the average is 57.87, the final TL number.

A peek into a TL listing from earlier this year exposes that >500 TLs have a potential average <58 to transit to Champion - let's see how many of them accept the challenge / strive for glory.

I can make a naive question?

    How come players like:
    -
    sebicu - fmagnets - tinybo - JJ656 - Agassi1991 - duffputt - ... just to name a few,

have not yet passed to the tire Champion ?

    Ciao
