Had 23 yds 1 ft up too Pin on a Fast green. Used my wedge that goes 22yds at 100%, hit it for 90% and the shot only went a few feet !! I could see if I chipped this happening but not a pitch. Something is not correct. Is a pitch playing like a chip and a chip playing like a pitch ???? Please look into this and correct.
That sounds more like the default chip setup didn't get changed to pitch. Done that a few times myself.
...or, there was too much rough to the green...
Difficult to tell without a replay, and saving a replay may mean to spoil the game :(
Was on the fringe. Sorry I didn't save the replay as I was to busy shaking my head saying "WTH!"
