Wind Wrong

  Whats up with the wind today?Example is 165 yards to pin with 20-24 mph head wind .Hit 165 with 1ft up ball carries 180 in the air.Another hole 218 with 3 ft up same wind hit 210 carries 228 in the air.Tee shots are normal but shots to green are wrong.Been like this all day so will wait until tomorrow and try again.Anyone seeing same ??

  What I have noticed is there is a ball spin problem.  That has a huge effect on your shots.  When I see no loft or stopping spin I log off the game, log back on and see if it has corrected, if not do it again until it is.  Done this many times recently.  Hope this helps EV1.

  What's odd, is you would be hitting those particular clubs into those head winds?

  I'd be coming up way short...probably 30 feet or so, with no spin added.

  another example (15mins ago):

  - 101y distance, wind 2mph (from the left to the right)

  - result: by using wedge, ball went 5y to the right side, at dist 102y (full BS, no roll)

  - everytime the result is different (cant judge how many wind correction to use)

  Usually when the wind is off you also have a lot of putts lip out, green speeds vary, and nothing seems to go right, it means that for the next 5-7 days it is your turn to dance with the devil(VEM)...then as suddenly as it appeared, it is gone and all is well....

  My guy is facing backwards when I hit the ball.
