  I don't think we are talking conspiracy...I think we are talking about small internal game ajustments from day to day to make the game harder. I don't understand  your suggestion that the top players don't suffer poor games.  WHY NOT...sounds like a conspiracy theorie to me.

  When I played ready go's, this one time I shot 57, 58, 59 on all 3 18 holers but couldn't break 32 on all 9 ones. I did not do 18's in a row, I did 9's first then 18 for that 9 and so fourth. You explain it.

  There is no curse or vem or anything that affects whole rounds. It depends on few things.

  winds, your own concentration, whether  you can get into right distance, ding steak, some luck, + few other intangibles, such as landing in proper side of the hole.

  it's easy to blame something else, but except for having a head bad wind setup (which is random) and 1-2 random deviations (5-7 in jake's case :) ), it's all up to you.

  LOL Icon.  Usually only 1-2 per round for me.  5-7 is meter issues per nine when it all the sudden decides it wants to see if I'll break something.

  I dare say they do, it's just that their bad rounds are way better than my bad rounds.

  ....in fact the more I think on it, their bad rounds are very often better than my good ones,lol.....

  LOL, yeah, I do too but that nagging thought that I may not be in total control of my own destiny just won't go away.  No conspiracy, just Big Brother WGT saying this is the way it is.  :-)

  I had a 6ft putt dead flat no markers moving. I have the best putter other than the ghost putter. Hit the ding the ball missed by a full cup to the right. I was only 6" past the cup so speed is not an issue. What caused that the wind?

  I agree YJ I played a f9 ST A's RG today and my meter was stuttering fortunately I held it together and shot a 30, but straight after I set up a practice round same conditions and had no problem with the meter, I then played the weekly unlimited 9 holer and meter started stuttering again ?????????
