Well.... I can't comment with regards to your frustration in dealing with trolls on this board or the administrators of this site. You can tell by my post count that while I have a pretty senior account, I don't hang around the forums much. So in a sense, willful ignorance is not all that bad, lol. I know that there are things in the game that are screwed up, I know that WGT likes to tilt the table to get more people playing and that revenue is their #1 priority. Alas, I reason that if they tinker with the game so much that I become uncompetitive given my skill level, then I'll quit and find something more constructive to do.
But there are a couple of things you said that I find interesting...
TextMyPC:
I guess you could spend your time playing other Legends who curse the name WGT or you could kiss some butt and join the Legend hackers that shoot 28-30 on any 9 which is literally impossible btw.
I don't get this quote as I see that you've managed to shoot 30 twice in the last couple of days and broke it w/in the last week.
TextMyPC:
Oh and WGT loves multiple accounts. Don't let them deceive you. For each account you need to buy new clubs and new balls. That gets pricey. If you think WGT is frowning on this, you're an idiot. Plain and simple...and WGT is an idiot for not promoting it.
Generally I don't disagree with that, but in my original post I commented that a user (allegedly) was recently promoted to Legend, then gifted his RGT winnings to another account so that he can start over using the forward tees (allegedly, allegedly, allegedly). Granted WGT gets to pocket the money the user spends on new equipment from his winnings on the original account but really there is no additional revenue in this case...
Actually I think I talked myself into being ok with this whole deal (almost). I mean, if some dude wants to go through the trouble of winning enough money on RGTs before he turns into a Legend, then spends a good portion of his winnings to properly equip a new account, then let him. I mean... his margin's gotta be pretty skinny unless he's placing top 5 in every RGT he enters. Personally I think if you improve your skill playing from the tips you can earn more credits in the long run, but maybe I'll just be ignorant, lol. Doesn't mean that I won't be PO'd everytime this douc#ebag places above me in a tourney tho.
Carry on.... LBC
