Today i shot -3 at st andrews back 9 but my average just went down .60 shots
Before round: 73.75
After Round: 73.15.
i think my average should have least went down by a shot

Just get on with it. Well done, but don't expect it to go miles down, just play ranked on different courses, as I shot +1 on the Oakmont back 9 ranked and went from 70.08 to 70.
