Why do you state that a ready go tournament will be moderate wind and very fast greens, and then when I have paid my credits and start the round I find that it is high winds and tournament speed greens? This has happened several times. I think there should be a refund policy for this.

Their refund policy is, customers must apply individually and directly ("Contact" below) and hope for a positive reaction which is not unlikely but not granted.

Not trying to be rude, but a quick look at your score history, you would be foolish to play ready go tournaments.

Looks like the only time you shoot good scores are when you have very easy conditions (low wind and baby tees), but the reality is the better players will still be shooting 5-6 shots better.

I take it you don't mean Cabo (which says High winds and champ greens) so I'm guessing St Andrews.  I've been playing that rg and found it as stated.  "Moderate" wind at St Andrews does involve many double digit numbers but not the 28mph stuff that is common in "high" winds there.

Maybe If you really want to play them try to stick to the low stake tiered ones, but generally I agree with alanti.  The Cabo one for instance looks a daft one to have joined.

It is difficult and I did play many when it wasn't really sensible, now I stick to the low stake ones where I have a better chance.

Its part of the new "SURPRISE" policy of this game :-)

Sorry edidor, just played St A's ready go again:  it says very fast before you enter and tournament (11) when you hit the green.  I think the very fast is right, but whatever the confusion is certainly not helpful. Lol maybe the greens are 10.5 and wgt don't know what to call them.

Sorry to say, this is part of the normal routine, including the set-up and naming of weekly tournaments which is frequently incoherent, too:

Someone does the work, always in a hurry, and addresses it to "Quality Assurance" department. Problem is, it's in supposedly in Bielefeld (read about the Bielefeld Conspiracy!)

Therefore, there is no reaction from this "department", thus no QA, and all the oversights pass unnoted and uncorrected.

They are WGT, hope is futile!

I think I know what is happening.

If you go to the top of the page, select "TOURNAMENTS" then from that drop down go to "READY-GO", you will be taken to the Ready Go list which will tell you the conditions for each Ready Go if you click on that Ready Go.

If you just hover your mouse over the Ready Go without actually clicking it, it will display the conditions for another Ready Go (probably the first on the list).
