Thought I'd try and start a thread based upon the updates and the '!' error.
I've played countless skins against friends/randoms ...And had numerous WGT based//flash disconnections. My system and internet connection is 100%.
I've emailed WGT countless times requesting refunds and I do 'tend' to receive 'something' but, what gets me is the response and refund. It's only 471cr where I clearly state I had won 4 or 5 skins (I know... Lucky me).
Basically .. WGT profits which is great for WGT but ultimately, the honest customer is being ripped off in a totally unethical manner.
I appreciate this thread will get some negative comments . Possibly from serial commenters that have a gazillion credits but, from a guy that scrapes Nike L81 balls from RG's n skins .. It does feel as though WGT is purposely//intentionally reaping the rewards of incorrect refunds
IE. If I've won 4 or 5 skins I would expect more than a 471 refund.
I do appreciate that WGT may receive countless emails POSSIBLY asking for 'scam' type refunds but, that's up to WGT to investigate.
To summarize ... It ain't right for WGT to profit from their errors and when sending emails to send sarcastic links regarding system requirements when I have a PC and internet connection capable of overpowering Vladmir Putin's online Massive Multi Player I-shite.
