    Hello everyone!

And welcome to the final chapter of this nerve-wracking tournament!!

No score was posted during the last few hours of the semi-finals, and South Africa inched out the match by one stroke, accessing the final against Germany.

Rest of the World and Spain are anyway up this week as well, for the third place on the podium... good luck everyone!

The players ground for the finals and bronze match is the following:

    Wk 52 9-Hole Single Play - Oakmont CC - Front 9

The spreadsheet with the scores and bracket will be updated as usual.

    chibulski:

Must we play WK 52 Single (Oakmont) this week for the final? Or is this week only for the Bronze Round?

Chibulski, both Bronze and Final matches are played this week... may the GIR be with you!

    KYLANDER:

Giraldin, no reason to get serious....

I was talking about options and chances, not even thinking of insulting your team mate. But if there is one player left  who needs to score 27 on Chambers for a tie, and who did score 33 in average before, I say chances were with us....

U played well, but stop trying to insult me with this, otherwise i say: Viva Barca!

Mr. Kylander., I believe with certainty that nothing is further from my intention to lack respectyou. My only intention has been that if you mention the insignificant results of a component of my team would have been better to do it "behind closed doors inside" (Spanish phrase)means that you are quite free to comment on a player, but POST did a tournament official, which for me was not right. I hope you understand my intention to measure when youanswer.
Congratulations Germany, luck in the final.
    Viva el Betis

    The Desaster goes on....

    1963Bubba = 35, Ostfriedel = 35, Chibulski = 35

Championship Greens 13? lol.... 4 Putts stopps between 0,3-0,2 for the hole.

True, Chib.  Never liked Oak F9 too much, but that was ridiculous. Couldn't buy a putt. Lip-outs and short stoppers ...  Ah, well....  We all have to face the same course

Good luck to all players of the 4 teams in the finals.  It has been great fun!

    cheers

No big problems here. Wedge on #2 went right in, drive on #8 insanely long onto the fringe, but a good shot on #9 which rolled in (replay) gave me a 25. I think that should help a bit!

    gave me a 25

Wow, superb round, hopefully it will inspire the rest of us.

I'm almost at a loss for words. A 25 at Oakmont?  Brilliant comes to mind.
