Bracket WD problem still exists

  Bracket number 189560 shows 4 players withdrawing as they enter the 3rd round.  Unfortunately I am one of those players.

  I have also entered braket 190251, but I have teed off for the first round.   I don't want to waste golf balls if the problem hasn't been fixed.

  Please include a link from your score history, otherwise it's a PITA to identify the brackets.

  Were these credit brackets?

  Furthermore, what's your demand or intention? From my experience, WGT won't answer anyway in public except from "we are aware", "contact CS".

  I have already contacted member services.  And my intention is the four remaining players get equal compensation.

  As for the 2nd part of the message, it is a reasonable request to let us know if the problem with the brackets have been fixed.  No point in entering the bracket to find out that it is not working correctly.  

  So, if that is a demand, well, I think everyone else who entered that bracket would want a answer, don't you?

  Parden, my sarcasm, but those are realistic questions, and my opinion should be answered.

  Furthermore, it prevents other players from wasting credits if the problem has not been rectified. So, it is important for WGT to respond and let its members know!!!

  Again, without proper identification of the Brackets, there's no telling of other damaged parties or any type of Br. to avoid. There's no find from external with only the bracket no.

  I'm gonna leave this thread to you - it looks void to me.

  Bracket numbers are already given, in the first post.  So, all WGT needs to do is check the numbers in their database.

  I got a reply from WGT services.  I apologize WGT if I am overstepping my bounds, but it should be mentions as per WGT. The brackets that were started yesterday have been fixed.

  What about hits on the ball and the speed boost used in the first two rounds I think there should be compensation for that

  Both time this happened to me I had a Tomato Can as my next opponent and would of been in the finals both times and one of the times there was not competition coming from the other side of the bracket.

  only thing i am getting from wgt is clear your cache BS, suggesting that it is my problem when it is obvious it is on their end
