CAROUSEL VIDEOS...HOW LONG?

  ^^^^  I understand what you're saying alberich, but sometimes refreshing again and again can yield some views. I admit though that no one should have to jump through hoops here to watch a simple video. Click and play.....that's all I do anywhere else on the internet....

  Last night (Saturday) I tried Chrome again and after 40 minutes, I managed the 7 vids.

  I can't play here on Chrome as meter is totally useless. As Maxthon is my 'default' browser for WGT, I just tried carousel and got 2 views after 20 minutes trying.

  Nothing at all on Chrome, so the problem is irregular and erratic. I'm in Hamilton, Scotland, btw....forgot to say in my original post.

  efectivamente el carrusel no funciona correctamente desde hace varios meses y a partir del 1o de septiembre no funciono mas ya puse la queja en wgt support y live gamer support y no ha sido posible que solucionen el problema dan unas respuestas que no tienen logica y seguimos sin poder ver videos y redimir creditos gratis...

  por favor señores wgt y livegamer es una falla masiva urgente solucion...

  Gracias geofray. Yo también contacté Livegamer, pero creo que este es un problema WGT. Solo es mi opinión.

  Been able to see 2 only in the past 2 or 3 MONTHS. Multiple threads about this, hundreds of posts and WGT could not care less about it or the problems their customers are having with this issue. Way to go WGT!!

  Dont know for you but in France we need 100 vids for 75 credits ... at least you can won 150 a month.

  II can also dress up as a beggar and touch £ 20 per hour at the end of the mass.

  It has been screwed for so long I try one or two vids and give up. I used to try refreshing, different browsers, but after wasting an hour for nothing I just don't have the patience to diddle around when I haven't seen a video play for at least 2 months

   

  Too bad wgt, I was about to buy a complete set of clubs too. A little supplement to what we spend would have been a nice gesture to have it fixed but alas....

  ^^^^  This is exactly the same for me here, 100 vids for 75 credits  Well tonight I got no views. Like Pipeous above, I've tried different browsers and spent the time, but I don't see why I should.

  Looks like WGT and/or Livegamer don't really care whether carousel works or not, but advertisers are sure losing out as well as WGT in lost revenue I would imagine.

  I've never known an issue on carousel to drag on so long without a fix. It is so unfair on those members who rely solely on carousel to earn credits. Shameful really.....
